Trivia: the guy who plays Leo McCabe is Mark Herron, who was married to Judy Garland at the time this was filmed. After they divorced, he took up with an actor named Henry Brandon.
This one's much better than "Alien from L.A.", and it even flirts with quality on occasion. I want to force George Lucas to watch this one and take notes on how the characters are steadily revealed through actions rather than clumsy exposition, and how the plot unfolds largely as a result of the choices the characters make.
