Looks like a guy was stuck on the ice. A helicopter flew over and spotted him (moon), then another vehicle rolled up and shined a light on the stalled truck (ball of flame?) and then parked next to it. It then probably towed away the vehicle, or filled it with gas or something (disappearance).
Spooky.

Aelric - 2012-04-09 Actually, I'd say that the extendo arm looked like a floodlight for whatever that dude needed to do, and then he just drove off. The 'twin lifhts' are easily lens flares and also, what is taking those pictures? Likely, it's a camera on the wall of HQ. This had to happen just a few feet away from whatever installation they were at. Nothing is mysterious, everything is mundane.
