I searched quite a bit and was completely unable to find any evidence whatsoever that this is, in any way, legit. Every single website or mirrored video for this just says "OMG SECRET FILM OF THE DOD REVEALS THE CONSPIRACY" and has no citations or any evidence to even remotely prove the origin of the video. It looks insanely fake, personally. Like a group of people went to a college lecture hall and created a "presentation" to make it seem legit, then added some OFFICIAL LOOKING time-code and text on the video.
Now, maybe it IS real and I'm totally wrong. If that's the case, then it probably falls into the pile of insane bullshit that the government probably researches every day only to eventually find out the people doing the research are batshit crazy and/or are not real scientists.

The opportunities for trolling seem infinite, except they'll never believe it was a joke, ever. Your attempt to prank them and perhaps show them that they really need to be less, well, nuts, will just be woven into the conspiracy.

It's kind of amazing that the "vanilla" versions of organized religions seem so relatively coherent, apart from the imaginary friends.

Why is it that when people add timestamps in post-production, they never look anything like actual timestamps? Same goes for digital photos. People at home can create Hollywood-quality CGI these days, but they still can't replicate an authentic-looking timestamp.
