I believe that with both iOS and Android, if you tilt the phone to film, the phone will understand that you want to film it in a wide-screen setting.
So much of our social culture is going to be captured with an acute understanding of what is happening in the sky and on the ground, but with very little of what is happening in the surroundings, and all because people don't seem to have the foresight to turn their phones on their side to film. It's horrible.
Isn't that the same guy who owned the nightclub in Rhode Island that caught fire back in 2001 during a pyrotechnic Great White show and a bunch of people died from incineration and smoke inhalation?
