Looking into it, yes, that's pretty much how it goes. A lot of these people are sexually active without any knowledge of the risks because their dumbass religious caretakers haven't even told them what pregnancy is. It's very common for parents and caretakers to not even know that they've become sexually active. It's also much more likely that they will be exploited.
