all the covers Dean did for Yes, they wouldn't license their music?
Binro the Heretic
They probably didn't even involve Roger Dean with the project all that much. Looks like they just cut him a check for permission to scan his old stuff and turn it into a "Robot Unicorn Attack" knock-off.

I would love for someone to take something like CryEngine2 and make a real game set in a Dean-inspired world.

Binro, you mean Avatar : the Game?

Well Cameron got away without crediting or paying so why not some two-bit phone game?

How much could they possibly charge for some of the music off of The Ladder or Open Your Eyes? They'd probably pay you.

Binro the Heretic
Hey, "Open Your Eyes" was indeed an abomination, but don't be disrespecting "The Ladder". "Homeworld" and "It Will Be a Good Day" were worth the price.

Yeah, I know, they peaked with "90125", but they always have at least one or two kick-ass tracks per album. (with the exception of "Open Your Eyes")

Jet Bin Fever
This game arouses me in a purely metaphysical way.
