Mini Review for you guys: The game is short, is does have sort of a new game + extra challenge thing going on. The initial playthrough is around 8 hours I'd say, tops. It has more than it's fair share of backtracking.
The bulk of the gameplay is actually a bit like Zelda 2 on the NES; large overworld, bumping into an enemy or entering a dungeon or area takes you into a 2D action platformer kind of a deal. You get a few powerups along the way, both for the world map and the platform stages, most of which come in the form of new ideas for things Jake could change into.
The voice acting is very limited to just key phrases, but there is some. The actual dialogue is very true to adventure time. The game is fun enough to play, but it really was seeing the rest of the dialogue that kept me going to the credits.
If it wasn't for the dialogue, I'd probably give this something like a 7/10, but thanks to the cast, I'd give it an 8 overall.
Oh, also, if you type in the konami code at the title, it brings you to the secret screen.
