Based on a cinematic?

(Based on who's making it. One thing I liked about the Witcher games was that I felt the makers were actual pen & paper RPG enthusiasts.)

I found the Witcher to be far too emo-goth-anime to even be remotely taken seriously. We got grimdark "I'm so complicated and mopey" for a protagonist and hentai-clad women running around trying to make important-sounding dialog come out of their inflatable-doll faces.

But whatever works for you, I guess.

Given my experience with having sex with cyberpunk enthusiasts, I fully expect the exact same thing.

Well in this case, I'd imagine it's because they basically have no finished assets yet.

You can make a cinematic that still gives you information on the game. I, who doesn't keep up with games any more and thus just found out about this game from this video, now know one thing about it: it's name. Took two and a half minutes to give me that information, too.

From what I've read, the game is still in pre-production and they're still hiring programmers.

Actually, given that its a pen-and-paper game, this is entirely appropriate!

The instrumental part is nice, but they need to fire their singer. No one wants to hear "personal responsibility", for five minutes straight, like a teenager being lectured by his middle-aged father.
