I don't doubt Gloria's credentials. I think there's a lot of newly minted rich people who want proper, conservative daughters, especially in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. It was, for many centuries, completely normal to spend the equivalent of ,000 for a a short amount of time with a lady like this to improve a girl's social graces.
It sucks but for the billionaires of the world this shit still matters.
