I had "oppai" (boob) icecream one time in Japan at this really cool restaurant that was 50s themed. It looked a lot like this but didn't squirt into my face when I opened it.
Those flat bags with the nozzle on them that they passed over early in the video are ice cream as well, pretty common in Korea and I had myself a sweet tooth so I got them often enough. They would squirt just the same as this if they hadn't been kept cold enough, which I imagine is the problem here.
I have no idea why they think they would have to cut the tip off. It just boggles the mind. The Japanese are amazing at packaging. They wouldn't put a nozzle on it for no reason at all.
