Wow, this...is bad.
It's like someone who would be a DeviantArt user today took inspiration from Vectorman and things went terribly wrong.

Old_Zircon - 2013-03-02 This was the next step in the evolution of the groundbreaking FACEBALL 2000 technology.
I actually remember going to the Boston Museum of Science back around this time and seeing a special display of four networked SNES consoles running Faceball 2000 as an example of THE FUTURE OF VIRTUAL REALITY. Not a joke.

I love shitty fighting games. I collect them, in fact. However, this game defines "unplayable." Even Shaq Fu, sluggish as it is, is more responsive and intuitive then this crap. It is without exaggeration the worst game I own.
|
Old_Zircon - 2013-03-02 Worse than Pit Fighter for Atari Lynx? That's close to the worst game I own PERIOD. Including Deathbots.
|
Old_Zircon - 2013-03-02 Actually, no, Deathbots is worse. I think the only thing I own that's worse than Deathbots is the Atari 2600 G.I. Joe game, and that's mostly because I can't figure out how to start it. The title screen's pretty good for 2600.

Well there are certainly some interesting character designs in this, for a fighting game. An ostrich, a snake, a genie...
But I also rented it when I was little and it was pretty awful.

I'm pretty sure I own this on the 3DO
