I'm sure this woman's life is a living hell, and she's probably treated like shit in her neighborhood by asshole kids of a different race on a nearly daily basis, but the sad thing is people inherit the sins of their ancestors. Someone was asleep during the part of history class where they learned that "once you are part of the empire, you are always part of the empire." Her people went to that man's country first.

I've neve met anyone that behaves in ways that are sort of like this (in a smaller way) that was "treated bad" in their youth (which I can be reasonably certain of since you could infer that there were no other types of people around when that person was a kid where they were).

My guess is that it just comes from a horrible family life.
