I don't use Skype, because fuck the Internet, so I don't know how it works. Is it anonymous? Could this court go have all those people hanged or something?

No, I take that back. I'm sure in today's legal climate toward the internet, I'm sure there's some prosecutor out there that could spin this shit into some kind of federal HACKING violation with a 20 year prison sentence.
I mean, look right there. They HACKED him. Made stuff appear on his computer like some sort of internet black wizardry. It's obviously too much to ask for the prosecutor of a televised national trial to adjust his privacy settings.
I guess if they really wanted to, they could probably claim obstruction or something, make something up, etc. I'd be faster to blame the news company that didn't even think for a second to blur their contact info however.
