Apparently the cleancut, political youth organizer type look down on the grubby, drunken, drifters and don't consider them crusites. They're "oogles."
Also, crusties are associated with a very different kind of music than the folk in this video.

Jesus, these are some square ass punks. They have like all these punk etiquette rules they want to follow and get bummed when whiskey drinking punks don't play by the rules. Sell outs. Political responsibility ruined punk rock and hardcore.
The definition of punk has migrated from not giving a fuck to giving the biggest fuck.
