I thought of Ackerman as an amusing figure from my childhood, but then I realize this corny old fart changed the course of my life. I recently remembered that I first learned of Plan Nine in a Lugosi filmography in FAMOUS MONSTERS, and then I realized that this was also what I learned what a filmography is.
