He looks a bit like one of those French bulldogs that's been so inbred that it's eyes are about to pop out of it's skull.

This was filmed before the track was written, so he's just mugging and wiggling to nothing. After he had completed the track, a solemn process of introspective isolation, a producer stepped into the office, and petitioned the post staff for a moment of silence: it was finished, a new gnostic gospel uncovered and ET could finally be relevant to people other than homosexuals and aging women.
