What was the thing between Blizzard and Disney?

A mildly amusing setup for the clip.

Man, these theme songs are getting fruitier and fruitier.

Damn has Blizzard cutscene direction has fallen far. All that technical talent for 2 1/2 minutes of not much excitement that could have been done 30 seconds.

What's next, 3 minutes of an old man reading a book before a comet falls?

I think the next one was pandas, wasn't it?

So, um, what is it with this song? It just sounds like standard Disney Princess shit to me.

The thing is that the plot of Arthas betraying his people out of a zeal to protect them from the undead, BY BECOMING the de facto king of the undead, is easily the best plot arc of Warcraft. It should have become the movie plot.

But, instead, they went with the zone between Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3, because apparently the production company didn't want to bleed merchandising overlap back to Blizzard more than was necessary. And I suspect the given answer, "We want an Orcs vs. Humans movie, not an Army of Darkness remake", was EXACTLY the reasoning that led Sam Raimi to leave the project.
Jet Bin Fever
A couple stars for the idea, but the execution is pretty lazy.
