I love this. Don Knotts as Sonic and Amy is kinda sounding like Olive Oyl.

If anything the Captain is a way better antagonist than Eggman (Robotnik)
The only thing I don't get is how the captain got Sonic and Amy not to notice the boat getting underway. How'd he get them to ignore the engine noise and the ship's motion, which would be really noticeable on such a small craft?

I think Sonic postmodernism is some of my favorite artwork of all time. Sanic was the best thing to ever happen to the franchise.
