I just started watching Kroll Show, and love Daly on it. When I'm caught up I'll start watching these. This one isn't the one of the best I've seen, but still 5 stars for Daly and the concept in general.
This segment is definitely not one of the stronger ones so far.
However, the episode it's from was one of the most brilliant pieces of comedy I've seen in a very, very long time. I'm still processing it. It was that perfect, and saying anything else could potentially spoil it.
comedy central has a renaissance of really good improv people hosting their own shows right now, kroll show being one of them. I also just like that Kyle Kinane is the voice of it now taking the torch from pen gilette, that fuckin libertarian weirdo
Is Review a show I should watch in order? I originally saw a clip from one of the "Liz & Liz" bits from Kroll Show and was immediately turned off, until I watched the show from the beginning, as of yesterday.
The first two episodes do not need to be seen in order, but this third episode introduces something that will apparently carry over into future episodes. Sorry to be vague, but it's really worth not getting spoiled if you can help it. Andy Daly did say on one of the many podcasts that he was on to promote the show that he was really happy with the show and that if you watch it you'll notice things in his life that are influenced by the things he's asked to review for the show. This episode is the beginning of that I think.
this episode was amazing. his performance during the beginning of the second review in the episode was one of the best pieces of comedy i've ever seen.
