It's the same guy from the "banned" skittles commercial, and it says in both videos that it's not affiliated with the Wrigley (skittles) or Hershey's (reeces) corporations. I'm not really sure what they're trying to do or prove here.. I don't watch much TV but there are some generally weird candy commercials that mostly come on during Adult Swim that appeal to stoners, and those Old Spice ads are just plain fucked up most of the time (often pretty funny).

I'm not saying that these guys aren't funny (the skittles one still makes me laugh) but to say that something is banned only to say that it's not isn't going to further your comedy career any more than entice people to buy a product based off a real banned commercial, like a Durex condom ad that goes a little too far or something.

It's a boring lazy rip off of fatal farms stuff that really needs to be about 25 seconds long.

Not banned. Just awful.

To the guy's credit, he doesn't use the word "banned" anywhere in the title or description of his video. That one's on Murgatroid.

But yeah, I fucking hate that whole thing. It's the worst right before the Super Bowl.

Indeed, I noticed the same thing immediately after submitting it.
I just couldn't edit it while it was still in the hopper.

I see this stuff on Facebook all the time and it normally says "banned" or "unaired" so no worries. They're well done at least, and do poke fun at the unnecessary need to make candy commercials all 3dgy, like it's really necessary. I'm not going to choose twizzlers over red vines because their commercial had a cool commercial where the candies turn into Cthulhu, but that's the way the people who make the ads think.

So.. Does that mean Fatal Farm's Oreos commercials weren't real? Because Weiden Kennedy is a real ad agency.

Amusing.

Jet Bin Fever - 2014-04-08

Well that'll give me nightmares if I think too much about it.

I have two pregnant co-workers. Can't wait to share.

These have great production value. You'd mistake them for real commercials if they weren't so absurd.
