I really enjoyed how sincere NASA was in the very informative letter they sent him. Even in rejection they seem friendly and inviting.

Waitwaitwaitwait. You can get in the door at NASA with a BACHELOR'S DEGREE? When most businesses these days ask for at least a Master's to do entry level office grunt work? Just how underfunded is NASA at this point?

Well I gots my GED.

You eggheads, NASA needs peeps with street smarts too.

I wanted to join MI5 when I was younger but you needed a degree minimum. Although I've spent like 10 years enrolled in various colleges and vocational tech schools I've never graduated a single one due to personal problems. They also have some strict psychological criteria that I'm almost sure I wouldn't pass. This year was the absolute last year I could have started a career as a fighter pilot in the royal navy, which was another one of my goals based on my great reaction speed and spatial awareness.

Basically, although I am gifted in many areas, ultimately I'm too undereducated and too much of a hardcore mentalist to be James Bond.

At least I never considered becoming a space marine as a valid career choice.

I sincerely hope you did, at least, consider space pirate.

I wasn't so hot on the rape and kidnapping so I wanted to go down the Space Renegade career tree. Also the bonus to pistols seemed more attractive to me than the situational melee powers.
