Some people feel that giving attention to mass murderers encourages more mass murderers, but I'd like to think that the knowledge that internet communities are going to dig up your most embarrassing internet activity and mock you serves as a deterrent.

One surefire way to die a virgin is to go on a murder suicide rampage because you're angry about being a virgin.

I'm having a hard time watching the narcissistic rantings of a mass murderer while knowing that kind of fascination and repulsion is exactly what he wanted. I know this is portal of evil--and this is truly the epitome of evil-- but does anyone else feel uncomfortable reconciling the desire to look into the mind of a killer, knowing full well that was part of his plan?

Interesting. I made a comparison to "Less Than Zero's" protagonist yesterday about privileged kids who don't give a fuck, and why I kind of understand Clay's situation, just driving away from some really fucked up LA shit rich kids do in his fancy car. Patrick Bateman comes from the same mind but there's a lot of comparisons. I actually just figured they were the same person. Bateman being the logical conclusion.. I dunno.
