I listened to them a little bit in high school, but that was mostly on account of me being in the middle of a raging Yngwie phase. I listened to Falco for the same reason. They're a little obscure yes, but back in the late 90s, you Yahoo'd up neoclassical rock bands, and boom, Upper Crust.
