I disagree with her argument, however. I, for one, find it entirely possible to take people who are comfortable with their sexuality seriously. That may not hold true for everyone, of course, and it may be that dressing in a bikini would cause Ms Ash's primary audience to miss out on her message - but that is really the fault of our culture of prudery and slut-shaming, not the fault of so-called "sluts" or their "slutty" behaviour! It's grossly dishonest though how "slut shaming" is framed as exclusively as a man on woman crime. Secret protip: most men love sluts! The overwhelming majority of slut hatred comes from other women, but that doesn't fit into the "us vs them" narrative that opportunists thrive on.

Opportunists? You're gonna have to name me some names, because the knowledge that women are world class slut shamers has definitely broke through to the mainstream. Tina Faye calls it "GIRL ON GIRL CRIME" and mentions it pointedly in "Mean Girls" and also in "BOSSY PANTS" Laci Green does videos about it. Dr. Phil did a show about it.
