sweet. Most likely Koko was just in the mood for tickle-play when Robin visited, but it's possible she recognized him as a "funny man" and wanted him to make her laugh, and wanted him to stop looking so serious/sad when looking at her. "No, laugh! Okay, tickle. See? smile. Laugh!" etc.
