I think it's all Mark Heap. He delivers 80% of the laughs.

Unfortunately, I know what this feels like.

I had a horrible head & chest cold once. I slept for almost 24 hours straight with my sinuses bleeding the whole time. My nasal passages were blocked with clots and some had even formed down my esophagus.

I wish I could say I had been as calm and dignified as this British gentleman.

What's really awesome is when you get clots like that in your sinuses and they stay there for a month, then finally break down enough that you get a little Niagara down the back of your throat of chunky, rotting blood.
