I was a popcorn jockey at the time and could hear the soundtrack from the lobby 3 times a week, like 5 times a day. I think it was in the movie, but I don't see it on the soundtrack.. good old foggy high school memories.

(I'd call myself that to make myself feel like my existence wasn't just spooning up vomit from seats and finding crackpipes in the alleyway, one of which was filled with poo...) :)

IS that movie actually goo? I never did see it, I always had a suspicion that it was one of the ten billion popular but unbearable post-Tarantino Oh-SO-INDIE jackoffs that were clogging up theaters in the mid 90s.

I liked the movie but the customers were awful and a lot of them demanded their money back because they brought their children. It's rated R for a reason, dickbags. Anyway it's a charming little pic.. best way to sum it up- if you liked Amelie you'd liked RLR. If you hated Amelie then I'd say pass on it.

What if you thought Amelie was entertaining at the tie but you have never had the slightest desire to watch it again, nor to watch anything the director has made since then, and you forgot pretty much everything that happened in it within about a month of seeing it and so cannot really muster any strong feelings either way, beyond suspecting that many of the people who REALLY LIKE it have a promising future ahead of them as cat ladies.

If you're that person, is RLR worth an hour and a half of your life that could be spent watching early X Files episodes instead?

I definitely made the right choice, unless Run Lola Run also has some good old, pre-CGI, rubbery werewolf transformation scenes in it.
