Also, as for the shooting, it sounds like it's pretty complex. They fired the cop for breaking procedure that escalated to the shooting, not for the shooting. There probably won't be charges for the shooting, from what it sounds like.

Flynn was asked at around 0:56 or so about something he said to one of the protesters. And "if he feels insulted, too bad" is Flynn's response.
