This kind of situation is what the taunt button was made for. I can only imagine the face this kid made when his screen was filled with a still shot of that demoman pointing and laughing at him.
Also, I'm fairly certain that fly-hacking is a fishing term. I think most states will revoke your fishing license if you're caught fly-hacking.
