As someone that spends a large portion of his free time exercising, I can confirm.

He's built like me, so the routine must be working.

Oh, sure, I help move an impossibly heavy couch in my early twenties, slip a disc in my lower back, and now have to be careful with my back for the rest of my life. This fucking guy does 20 minutes of spine-wrenching exercise a day in his 40s, and the only problem HE'S got is being up to his Eugene Levy eyebrows in poontang.
This guy slipped a disc in his mind.
