Never trust a guy who uses a Tenma meter. This man is a witch!

Old_Zircon - 2015-02-03

What man?

Scrimmjob - 2015-02-03

I think it's a little funny that a guy with an analog synth that easily costs several grand uses a cheapo chinese multimeter, although I'm sure it works just fine for what he's doing with it.

Yo, just turn the knob until it sounds good, jeeeze...

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2015-02-03

But can it go up to 11?

That guy - 2015-02-03

And voila!! something boring

It's what geeks do: spend an unbelievable amount of time to do something very, very specific or esoteric only to get something that's boring as fuck.

That guy - 2015-02-05

This is a neat video. When I was a music major, I did a similar project for a class where I recorded a chorale using three different tuning systems and played it for my class (I used a sine wave to really accentuate the tuning differences). Equal temperament is really useful, it's neat to compare it to other systems.
