He isn't advocating using wolves to eat the homeless. He is saying that wolves are so dangerous that if your pussyboy states had them all your homeless folk would be devoured, such is their ravenous fury.
Not sure how true that is but it's a missleading title.

That said, we have homeless people here, and we have wolves. I am not aware of there being any interaction between the two. In fact, the number one predator of homeless people is other homeless people. Does Alaska have homeless people? Probably not, they're all libertarian up there and thus on some form of public dole.

I was in town for shopping and was heading to a Salvation Army store to buy some winter gear, and I was approached by young native woman who said, "Can you give me a quarter? I'm really hurting." I quite surprised by her frankness and the meager funds she asked me for. I don't mean to belittle the homeless of Atlanta, but they never sound nearly as desperate. I remember one who was casually leaning against a wall smoking a cigarette and said to me, "Hey man, give me five dollars."

He was saying that he would like to send you wolves because you can't handle wolves, and to illustrate this he implied that they would consume your homeless.

i have been to alaska twice, once for a trash talk show, but they were the only wolflike presence i encountered. i am planning on visiting again [if &] when i get bak from abu dhabi at the end of april. i'll b sure to pack a wrench or something, fucking wolves fall to either side of me as i smash them to pieces :D
