I used to do IT work for the local Archdiocese. I met a lot of clergy. Most of the nuns were cool and some were the absolute worst. One of them was really nice to me but a terror to everyone else.

Same with the priests (minus the handful that were accused of sexual abuse). Best dude I ever met while working there was a priest who eventually passed away due to cancer. He was in his 70s and he told me his favorite Christmas movie of all-time was "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation". Hearing this guy recite the "shitter's full" line verbatim and then crack up was the best.

The biggest piece of shit in the entire organization (minus the abusers) was the Archbishop. Just a totally unreasonable, awful, miserable piece of shit.

Full disclosure: I've never heard the Dropkick Murphys and just skipped around to see if she could actually play.


I'm not too big a fan of TMBG. Purple Toupee is decent. I liked Flood a lot in 8th grade but by the end of 9th it kind of sounded too precious and their lyrics were too self-consciously "quirky," and I haven't been able to get back in to the since. They're like the music version of the worst aspects of Joss Wheadon (who I'm similarly ambiguous about). They are definitely good at what they do, though.
