The question that's begged is one that has been asked before in other videos: is this kind of petty theft actually theft of intellectual property or are we just usernames and one step away from anonymous so it's ok to cut and paste legally, it's just an ethical line in the sand?

The answer to the question which was raised (not begged) is that, according to the DMCA, everything which is published (and that covers a wide range of things, including posting on an internet forum) is automatically covered by copyright law.

Trying to cite the DMCA as justification for going after Brian Harrod is the moral equivalent of citing National Socialist law in order to justify thrill-killing an entire family of Jews.

Brian Harrod runs an online news mill. He is a janitor from New England. He has a disability. Most importantly, he steals poetv comments and links and posts them as his own.
He is also a convicted steroid peddler and is partly responsible for the Patriots having an asterisk next to their last Superbowl win.
