I tipped the scales and I'd do it again, given the chance.

I can't believe more foreigners aren't waiting in line to be chin-raped by a bouncing Obama head.
il fiore bel
Huh, that sounds odd. Backraped by a bouncing Obama chin? Oh well.

When is Fallout 4 coming out?
who cares it's shit
I care, Waugh. About you. I love you.
I'm surprised Waugh submitted this video, its brilliant.
drop dead you trash
You remind me a lot of Peridot. "You crystal clods!" HA HA!
And Homer, I remember earlier you said Peridot is like a Megaman character, well I have news for you... PERIDOT IS NOT A ROBOT!!!!
It doesn't matter if she's a robot or a Saiyan-Graduon. From the Wiki:
Most of Peridot's "abilities" stem from her Limb Enhancers ... Peridot has displayed, on countless moments, a heightened ability at working with technology
She's a cyber-attuned individual whose key feature is a multi-functional, modular arm cannon. That's Megaman. Even the clothes she wears are stolen from Megaman; she looks like a crudely recolored Zero, mashed together with Jewel or even Pharaoh Man!
I'm not the only one who noticed this. Take a look, one of those Sugarchu watching nerds made a video about it:
She is the opposite of Shlawleel Ryam whose golden helmet was mistaken for hair, Paridot's hair is sometimes mistaken as a helmet by clods.
She looks like she could be in Megaman, but again its a reference. Sugar makes a few video game references here and such as you pointed out Jasper's spindash, which Amneyfest does as well.
I think the most hardcore of Bronies feel threatened by this show. Don't worry, its okay to love more than one cartoon.
I wouldn't know anything about that, because I'm not a brony, and I appreciate plenty of cartoon shows. In fact, I like almost all of the cartoon shows RebSu stole from, which is remarkably refined and open-minded of me, if I do say so myself.
*You*, sir, are the one who keeps slanderously mocking Sailor Moon and similar high-concept anime shows; shows which SUgarchu is but a poorly-drawn mockery of!
Maye if SU wasn't so dang girly and frou-frou, it'd be more watchable.
It may look a little girly, but its a kickass show. As a brony, this shouldn't bother you. The gems typically have pastel color schemes and are all "female" (gems don't really have a gender), but they all kick ass. To help you out I'll point out which gems are like which ponies. Pearl is most like Rarity, Amnyfest is like a mix of Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash, and Garnet is like Big Mac. As you pointed out from your Steven/Spike comparisson, Steven is in touch with his feminin side. He's raised by 3 gems and his father who is less of a presence, living in a van down by the ocean.
I still don't get why you consider Sailor Moon to be high-concept. It was just a magical girl show, with a formulaic story structure and tons of recycled animation.
This is also continued from our last thread. MLP copped out! They don't have lesbian characters, Lyra and Bon Bon are best friends. It was Korra that really took the first plunge, and now SU is taking it to the next level. They've even showed kissing between Ruby and Saphire on two separate occaisions.
Tell you what; I will watch some more crappy episodes of Sugarchu, if you will watch some of the awesome anime shows which Sugarchu stole everything from.
Sure, your'e on. What do you want me to watch. Mind you I've seen DBZ up to the Freeza saga.
I know, right? Sugarchu is totally sickening; you should listen to Waugh, Cena, he knows what's what.
I'M NOT A BRONY. And Sailor Moon is an epic tale of love and betrayal, hope and despair, lesbians and monsters with tentacles getting chopped the fuck in half. If that's not high concept to you, then fair enough - but Sugarchu, being that it is plagiarized from shows like DBZ and Sailor Moon, must be formulaic too.
Lyra and Bon Bon are confirmed lesbians, it's just that the writers chose to leave it a little ambiguous for the benefit of children (who aren't into sex stuff) and 'shippers (who might want to imagine them as something else). There is also the confirmed Flutterdash lesbo relationship, plus Scootaloo's Gabrielle/Xena thing. And speaking of lesbians, I'm pretty sure RebSu stole her lesbian character plot from Sailor Moon. Anime has been exploring LGBT characters since well before Miss Sugar was even born, and it's entirely possible that she stole her lesbians from some other anime, but I think there's good reason to suspect that Sailor Moon was the one she cribbed off of. We know for a fact that RebSu loved Sailor Moon, and here in America, Sailor Moon had by far the best known LGBT plotlines. There were at least two prominent examples: Uranus and Neptune, lesbian lovers, and the two gem-named villains (again, something RebSu stole), Kunzite and Zoisite.
ANYWAY, as for what you should watch, I dunno. Any anime that RebSu ripped off, take your pick! I'd SAY you should watch Sailor Moon, but I'm not sure if you're ready for SMoon yet; you'd probably get better mileage out of something like Gurren Lagann or Gunbuster. I believe Gurren Lagann is on Netflix, so perhaps that one?
LGBT Themes may have worked in Japan for while, but it's still controversial here. In 2008 an episode of Postcards from Buster was taken off PBS for showing a family with two moms. Remember Dic copped out, Neptune and Urinus were cousins, and didn't they make one of those gem chicks into a guy, so they wouldn't be gay?
Lyra and Bon Bon are BEST FRIENDS. Its not legit or canon until its stated otherwise. Also your RD shipping is rediculous. There's like no sign of chemistry between FS and RD. When Tyrek had the ponies captive, who was FS hugging? It was AJ! Who was FS's date at the Gala? It was Tree Hugger. I'm begining to think Fluttershy has a thing for Earth Ponies.
Anywho she didn't rip off the forumulaic bullshit of Sailor Moon, just a few stylistic things.
Waugh its not sickening. Love between two gems is a beautiful thing, and if they choose together as a fusion, its their choice.
disingenuous. predictable. kill yourselves
DIC copped out like twenty years ago! Times have changed, at least so far as the American media establishment is concerned; nowadays, it's considered controversial NOT to have an LGBT character. Sailor Moon was totally ahead of it's time... but as I explained to fluffy, queer characters are a fad now, and Rebecca Sugar is late to the party.
Fluttershy loves everypony, but the strongest bond is between the two pegasi. RD and Flutters have known each other since they were fillies, and as per Paula Abdul's First Theorem, their opposite personalities make them attracted to one another. That doesn't mean Flutershy can't be friends with anypony else, just as RD can still be the Batman to Scootaloo's Robin. But it does mean that the special bond they share is stronger than any other, stronger even than the bond between Ruby and Sapphire, because unlike Garnet, Flutterdash doesn't need to do a DBZ fusion move just to stay together.
Fluttershy would give Waugh a hug, I bet.
FS and RD don't have the strongest bond. They may have known each other as fillies, but they stopped hanging out the day RD let FS fall down to earth. She'd have died if not for those butterflies. RD didn't care. No search parties were sent, they just said, "Oh, well she was weak, who cares." They were finally reintroduced at the events of the first two episodes.
Steven would hug Waugh as well. He believes in friendship and knows all gems should be friends. Homer would be friends with Waugh. Trolls are meant to be together. You two should meet up and get fitted for matching pickle suits.
I love you, Waugh.
oh no please don't give all my videos low ratings, That Guy. those ratings could be important to somebody
How could you, That guy! You claim to love him and then backhand him like that! You don't deserve Waugh!
