Yeah, I love Matt Easton, he's probably my second favorite sword nerd after Lindybeige. He's possibly the most professional and best-informed HEMA guy on Youtube at the moment; it's a shame I don't live in the UK, otherwise I'd definitely sign up for his classes.

I've taken a few classes from the guy he mentions, Roland Warzecha, he's great. He's pretty focused on I.33 (~1300 sword and buckler), but is doing some very interesting work on Viking stuff, as Matt mentions.

I also got to see a very cool sharp sword sparring demo by Roland and two of his students. It was awesome and terrifying (totally unscripted, no masks). Sharps do indeed bind quite differently!
