Depressing side story: I once worked with a guy right after college and he had a morbidly obese aunt that accidentally smothered her baby in her sleep. She was committed for a while to a mental institution because she pretty much lost her mind from guilt. My friend was pretty fucked up over it, his entire family was broken-hearted. Luckily the media never picked up the story. I always remembered that story as one of the worst things anyone ever told me. I haven't seen him in decades but that story is burned in my memory.

He/she was flattened into what looked like a huge fleshy pancake with arms and legs sticking out.
