Jesus, gimme a break. I don't necessarily hate Jim Sterling (though he has gone way, wayyyy downhill in the last year or so), but this game is just clickbait youtuber bullshit. Every major video game channel of the LOLZ RANDOM FUNNIEZ COMMENTARY breed has been doing this game in the last month. Every. Single. One. (seriously...search for this game on YT...it is just PAGES of dumbshit, screamy, pewdiepie wannabe fucktards all doing the same game) It was developed specifically for clickbaity bullshit garbage like this, just like Five Night at Freddies and..well...virtually every 5th game on Steam Greenlight now.

"Designed specifically for clickbaity garbage like this"

Just because aspiring youtubers flog it like the sun bleached bones of what was the last horse on earth?

I can accept the smelly desperation of youtubers ruining you day, but chill out you fucking spaz. Might as well say snow is flammable because it isn't melting cleanly when over your Bic lighter.

I love creating crap whether crappy or just crap and I imagine it's just the same for who ever created this

Jim Sterling is an annoying whiny baby-man. He tries to be a knock-off yahtzee but he doesnt even have charisma enough for that.

Why does anyone watch his shit? My theory is that the yanks are allured my any non US accent.

I disagree. I think he's a fair and balanced reviewer, and sure, while there is a certain performative edge about his work (name me one video game journalist who *doesn't* have this!), Mister Sterling is at once both more insightful, and less over-the-top-gimmicky, than Yahtzee himself.

I mean, let's be honest, Yahtzee is a great reviewer, but his appeal rests largely on the novelty value of talkingwaytoofastinrunonsentences and then plastering the screen with all kinds of amusing little piddly graphics. Jim, by contrast, is a self-aware, self-depreciating, casually foulmouthed professional with solid critical insights and a rare ability to keep his reviews in perspective, DESPITE the scornful, sweary-cunt persona he's cultivated over the years. Whiny? A little. Baby-man? He happily admits to this. But knock-off Yahtzee?! Never!

If anything, I'd compare his shtick to that of ArchieLuxury. He's not my favorite vidya reviewer, of course - guys like Scott Manley, LGR, Rich Evans, and even Skallagrim (when he can be assed to do game reviews) are all higher on my list, for various, largely personal reasons. But "fat-arsed video game ArchieLuxury" is certainly nothing to scoff at!

Good points.
Though I think Yahtzee is a terrible reviewer, I dont think he even likes computer games; he is always obsessed with story/character which are elements of drama and not computer games*. His videos *are* entertaining though.

*As Dziga Vertov made the point in 'Man with a movie camera' that (bad) films rely on the language of theatre and literature and not a new original language of film, I believe (bad) computer games use the language of film and literature/drama and not the new original language of computer games.

ps. Yahtzee is a writer.

There are some great movies that aren't cinematic, and some terrible ones that are entirely cinematic.
Mastering the medium is a virtue. There are others.

The premise of this game is fucking hilarious, I laughed my ass off watching this.

I may be the only one who watched the video.

Enemy of Gamer Gate, one star.
