Final Fantasy plots are incomprehensible and dumb, but I've long wondered whether this is due to spotty English translations, or if they were always incomprehensible to begin with.
So question for our JaPoEnese users: have you guys played the Japanese versions of any Final Fantasy games? If so, are the stories and concepts any better when presented in the original language?
