only one thing prevents this from "Pure" Texas, he drives a Japanese truck

M-DEEM - 2016-01-14

Ooooo yeah. Pretty sure the Tacoma is made in Mexico. I don't like impurities in my Texas but 5 anyway

yogarfield - 2016-01-14

There is a Toyota manufacturing plant in San Antonio which makes the Tundra, which is seen in the background.

yogarfield - 2016-01-14

(The San Antonio plant also produces the Tacoma.)

M-DEEM - 2016-01-14

Perfect!

I don't really drive, but is driving an American Original like a Dodge or a Chevy really that big of a deal like it was in the Bob Seger Days of long ago? I'm typing this on my Gateway! Yeaaah Cowtown! Woohoo!

SolRo - 2016-01-14

Many American cars are made mexico or Canada now anyhow

kingarthur - 2016-01-15

Toyota's making most of its stuff in Mississippi for the cheap non-union right to work impoverished labor.

Old_Zircon - 2016-01-14

Steers - check
Queers - inconclusive

Could be more Texas.

Revolting Cocks was one of the most fun shows I've ever been to, even though I pretty much just know that song. It was the same with Rollins. I only know "Liar" and it was still a blast. But fuck 8 dollars for a PBR!

infinite zest - 2016-01-14

And I saw them both 10 years ago! Adjusting for inflation my hipster water would be at least over 12 dollars. I've gotten better at concealing my flask at shows these days though.

kingarthur - 2016-01-15

I saw this straight couple fuck each other at a Rollins show back in college. They were groping each other and dude just picks her up, facing him, and boop, they're having sex.

kingarthur - 2016-01-15

I put it away in my "shit you see in Memphis" file.

infinite zest - 2016-01-15

Wow! When I saw him it was sort of a double bill: X got back together for the first time since Hey Zeus came out and Rollins Band opened, but on other nights during the tour Rollins Band headlined. In either case, wow! Because that was one of the crazier moshpits I've ever been in, and the moshpit was the entire floor, just just a circle or something. Hope his dick's ok!

infinite zest - 2016-01-15

*not just a circle or something* whoops still waking up I guess

yogarfield - 2016-01-15

spooky stars for OZ

kingarthur - 2016-01-15

This was circa 2000-01. Rollins Band had long since lost any mosh pits by then.

garcet71283 - 2016-01-14

Dang ol boo man

These people just like 95% of all Texans live in an urban city environment.
