15th - 2016-05-20 Really bad. I've met up to buy some music equipment in a Flint neighborhood similar to this. The owner said "it's not bad, just politely tell them you don't want drugs and roll through stop signs." He mentioned his outdoor hot tub (imagine) was shot a couple days ago. Flint is a sad, dangerous disaster.
It has a weird rural-city-mad max vibe. Hipsters aren't opening up tapa restaurants there anytime soon.
