Good God yes. Yes yes yes. It's easily one of the most beautiful TV shows in history, not just in visuals, but in its poetic dialogue and elegant score. On a purely aesthetic level, you could make a strong argument it's the best TV show ever made.

But it's not some hollow exercise in superficial beauty. It also has a shitload of heart. The relationship between Will and Hannibal is powerful and compelling, straddling the line between mere homoeroticism and something far more profound; a friendship that transcends not only basic social constraints, but the very fabric of human decency. How can a man appalled by the associations in the bone arena of his skull be so compelled by the monster of monsters? How can a good man find common ground--even love--with a truly evil one?

Also this show has the best murders ever and the food looks good and Laurence Fishburne yells WILLLLLL! a lot. Worst case scenario, it's like the best serial killer show possible. Best case scenario, it's something more.

Look Gmork, I know you and I have had our differences in the past. But I'm asking we set aside our differences and dramatically shake hands ala Shang Tsung and Quan Chi in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, or maybe Danaerys Targayean and Yara Greyjoy in Game of Thrones, or maybe Batman and Superman in Batman V Superman Colon Dawn of Justice so you will watch this awesome fucking show.
