Universal got a lot of mileage out of the music from "Creature from the Black Lagoon." It pops up in a lot of Universal movies & trailers from the 1950s.
He kills a spider with a pin.
He fails to kill a spider with a safety pin and scissors.
Objectively a much better movie than The Incredible Melting Man, and yet I'm still drawn to the latter.
