The fresh milk appeases the toilet monsters so they won't attack the fetus. Conan O'Brien has been doing this for decades and nobody gives him enough credit for his philanthropic works.
I don't know how these people expect to raise a child when they don't even know what to do with all of their fresh, good milk.
There is probably a fetish for this.
