In this video, Mr Trump clearly asks to see Mr Obama's college records and passport. He does not ask for Mr Obama's birth certificate; indeed, it is stated that Mr Obama had, as of the time of filming, *already* released his birth certificate, at least in part due to Mr Trump's questions. Not only that, but Mr Trump clearly stipulates that there is a time limit on his cash-for-college-records deal - October 31st, 2012, or almost four years ago as of this writing. Thus, whether Mr Trump yesterday conceded that Mr Obama is a natural born citizen or not, is rather besides the point, and I do not see any reason why Mr Trump should now be obliged to "pay up".
