Mmm mince, neeps and tatties is some of my favourite comfort food from the motherland. Tumshie lanterns were more common when I was a kid, but yeah it's a helluva lot easier to hull and carve a pumpkin or squash.
We never did them, but we moved to the states when I was a year old. And yes, neeps and tatties is awesome, as well as mince and tatties.
Eh wot? Who taught you damnable hillfolk to read?! Queen Elizabeth shall hear about this.
Oh she knows about us Scots already, do you think it's a coincidence there's so many royal scions with ginger hair? :D
