Magnums are, because you can tie them off and use them twice. At least that's been my experience.
I think I usually use a condom twice, but that's because I don't take it off until I have to get up to pee and then I flush it down the toilet.
Don't do that, water treatment systems aren't designed to handle condoms. Take it off, tie it off, put it in the trash.

Using a condom while drinking will keep you from getting drunk but you might end up choking if it slips off.
