I love that the show enjoys music as much as it does, and that Gene has a genuine talent. "Electric Love" is still Gene's masterpiece.

I like musicals here and there, but I also I feel like the number one argument for musicals being trash is that the thrown-together parodies often end up being more entertaining than the real thing.
I don't get it.
