I wonder if the Cosby Jury would consider this sexual assault. I mean...this woman *did* leave her house the day she was kidnapped. That kinda counts as consent, right?
Kidnapping and chaining someone up is not sexual assault. It's horrendous and you should be shot in the face for doing it, but in and of itself, it is not an act of sexual assault.
But this lady does claim he sexually assaulted her at other points. I believe her.
It's not like they let him off or anything, and anyway... this seems like more of a situation where the state fucked up it's own case, according to what I've been reading.
