Other than the obvious Grocery Store Week thing, I actually submitted this because I got a chance to catch this movie in a free screening and it was a weird experience. On the one hand, it worked as a dark stoner comedy (which the first half was, and I actually really enjoyed) then it felt like they changed directors and writing teams and the last half was just this shit.

Jesse Eisenberg will never be an action star and he's simply terrible in the last half.

The problem with this sort of plot is that it's something that should be baked into a straight to video release with a z to b-movie action star. This is the sort of thing that works better when it stars robert z'dar or ted prior with a then penthouse pet in the kristen stewart role.
